Refund Policy

QuantaCrest Refund & Enrollment Policy

At QuantaCrest, we’re committed to delivering a transparent, student-first experience. Below is our clear and fair policy on refunds and course enrollment:

1. 14-Day Full Refund Guarantee

Students can request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the official course start date — even after attending up to five lectures. This no-risk period lets you evaluate the course quality and relevance with confidence.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via the QuantaCrest Student Portal with a clear reason for the request. Vague or incomplete submissions may lead to delays or denial.

3. Partial Refunds (Pro-Rata)

If you’ve completed more than five lectures, you may still qualify for a partial refund. Refunds are calculated based on course usage and may be subject to processing or admin fees.

4. Course Switching or Deferment

You may switch, defer, or modify your course enrollment anytime before course completion. Changes must be made through the student portal and depend on course availability and specific program terms.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

6. Special Circumstances

Refund requests after the 14-day period may be considered in cases of illness, family emergencies, or financial hardship. Documentation will be required, and decisions are made case-by-case.

7. EU Consumer Protection Compliance

For EU students, QuantaCrest complies with local laws. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, regardless of course access or usage, as long as the request is submitted within that window.

8. Abuse Prevention

To protect course integrity, QuantaCrest may deny refunds if we suspect abuse — such as repeated refund requests across multiple courses without valid cause.
